The service
PowerKit Pro is a set of 10 small-business tools operated by Atlas Pro Consulting LLC. Each tool has a free plan and paid plans; the PowerKit Suite bundles all ten. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep your password private. One person per account; a business may have several accounts.
Your content
Everything you create or upload stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to host it, show it to the people you share it with, and back it up. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for what you publish with the tools.
Acceptable use
Do not use PowerKit Pro to send spam, phish, impersonate someone, publish illegal content, or link to malware. Do not scrape the service, probe its security or resell it as your own. We may suspend accounts that do.
Plans, billing and refunds
- Automatic renewal. Monthly plans and the Suite are subscriptions: you are charged the plan price shown at checkout today and again on the same day each month until you cancel. Cancel any time from Account and billing (it opens the Stripe billing portal) or by emailing support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you keep the paid features until then. No partial-month refunds for cancellation.
- Per-event plans (PowerEvent Pro and PowerSeat Pro) are one-time payments for one event and do not renew.
- Prices can change; we give existing subscribers at least 30 days notice by email before a change affects them.
- If a paid feature did not work for you, email support@powerkitpro.com within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right or refund it.
Free plans and limits
Free plans have item limits and show a small "made with" mark on public pages. Limits are listed on each tool's page and can change as the service grows.
Availability
We work to keep the service up and your data safe, but it is provided as is, without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost business, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the relationship
You can close your account at any time by emailing support. We can close accounts that break these terms, and we will give notice and a way to export your data if we ever shut a tool down.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Hillsborough County, Florida.
